Here we are, second day of 2009, and the work continues. E-mails, e-mails, e-mails as we arrange the programme for the coming year. Making presentations for the conferences in Bucharest and Blackpool. Thinking about the Annual Report - oh help!
Meanwhile it's still very cold but the sun is shining. Our huge tiled stove is on all the time, providing most of our heating. We're getting through the logs quite fast - maybe enough for another month, but we will be away for a while, which helps. Then we just leave the central heating on, set at 10C, to keep the house bearable for our return.
Keep meaning to write something about the world in general, but it would be very long and rather angry, so better not.
Roger and Chris each have a Facebook page, but this blogspot is where Roger puts his own thoughts (ramblings?) as the two of them ramble throughout Central and Eastern Europe and beyond. Enjoy.
